&mamatoo, a mother-daughter run nonprofit that supports families who have endured medical trauma with a child. With a special focus on those with children living with Congenital Heart Disease. Inspired by our Heart Warrior and 2 time heart surgery champ, Dashel, and his mom, Christina. Dashel was born October 2023 with undiagnosed CHD and Christina spent her first month postpartum in the hospital with him. Their experience together sparked a passion for supporting postpartum mothers in emergency hospital situations & families navigating life with a medically complex child. A ‘Dash’ of love, care, community and support.
